We were there for dinner on a Friday night and service to start was already a problem. It took them over 20 mins. after we were seated to get a server. After the food was served he came around twice to check on us. The bus boys kept wanted to clear the dishes while we were still eating. At the end of the nice, we had to ask for coffee and dessert, which came 30 minutes later. The bill took another 30 minutes to produce. When I spoke to the manager, she apologized, but the final comment was 'so what would you like me to do about it!" Absolutely ridiculous! And to top it off, gratuity was automatically added to the bill..they did not deserve any of it.
