I have had the chance to travel all over the world for work and have been taken to some very nice restaurants along the way. If I had known that food, atmosphere and elegance could be pulled together the way they are at Eigensinn Farm, I would have had this feeling of fulfillment a long time ago. After eating Michael Stadtländer's cooking, nothing else seemed to have flavor for days afterwards. After experiencing what is possible on a farm in Ontario, I actually went on line to look at properties. Spending an evening at the farm is something everyone should experience for the tastes, the company and the life focus that this brings. I will go back again and a thousand times more if I can.
